The ACC Leisure Services Department is having a Family Fun Day at Lay Park that will be packed with activities, entertainment, and community spirit. Admission is FREE! Continuing the Classic City Pétanque Club (CCPC) tradition of having at least 1 CCPC member win something at the annual Rendezvous Bastille Day tournament (at least 4 years running), Club President Dan and his team won! Best ever performance! FPUSA Regional Counselor Heidi was the only other CCPC member playing and she barely missed out playing in the finals.
This year, Michel and the Rendezvous Crew wanted to switch to a panache’ format (which everyone loved) but with no experience ever running one CCPC’s own former Sports Director Al and Carolina Petanque‘s Kathy Cline directed the tournament.
