Classic City Pétanque took part in the Athens-Clarke County Health and Wellness Fair, joining dozens of local businesses and health-focused organizations in connecting with ACC employees and retirees.
Congratulations to Heidi Davison on her appointment as Vice President of the Federation of Pétanque USA(FPUSA).
Heidi brings strong leadership experience from both the nonprofit and public sectors, including her service as Mayor of Athens, Georgia and as a founding member of the Classic City Pétanque Club. She is an active contributor to the regional and national pétanque community through roles such as Umpire Group Leader, Sport Committee member, Southeast Regional Counselor, and Communications Committee member.
Her dedication and proven leadership make her an excellent fit for this role. Please join us in congratulating Heidi and thanking her for her continued service.

Dan Dolan, President, called for an electronic vote to approve the minutes from the August 26, 2025, meeting in order for members to review before the annual meeting. Jessica Lehman made a motion to approve the minutes and Rickamer Hoover provided a second. Minutes were approved by the board on November 7, 2025.
